From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond-I even had my forgotten earpods promptly returned to me with a smile, showcasing their exceptional customer service.The room was a sanctuary of comfort, with a cozy sitting area that made me feel right at home in the mountains. The attention to detail was impeccable, with the room boasting a lovely terrace overlooking the stunning landscape, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee from the electric kettle provided.I was impressed by the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, and the parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the space.Berghotel Biberkopf not only met but surpassed my stringent criteria for a perfect mountain retreat. I cannot recommend this boutique hotel enough to anyone seeking a blend of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service in the heart of the Austrian Alps.
